Claudia Adams is the Founder and Managing Director of Enigmanova Media, an independent publishing house with offices in the United Arab Emirates and the United States. Originally from South Africa, she leads the company across both countries, setting its direction, overseeing its operations, and guiding the standards by which the house grows.

She leads the business as a whole, from strategy and structure to the publishing relationships that sit behind every release. Her role reaches across the company, holding together its direction, operations, standards, and long-term growth.

For Claudia, publishing begins with people. She works closely with the authors behind the catalogue, building the trust, clarity, and professional relationships that allow strong work to move forward with confidence. She believes authors should know who they are publishing with, understand how their work is being handled, and feel supported as their books move into the market.

Before founding Enigmanova Media, Claudia built her background in business, sales, and operations, including work as a founding partner in South Africa. That experience shaped the way she leads today: with steadiness, accountability, and a long view of what it takes to build a serious company.

She is building Enigmanova Media as an international publishing house where stories are chosen with intention, authors are treated with respect, and each release is carried with purpose across markets, formats, and time.
